Our technology

Robots today. Humanoids tomorrow.

Facility services have run on manual labour for a century. We think the next decade belongs to the companies that automate it — so we are building that capability one service line at a time.

The thesis

The industry scales by adding people. We intend to scale by adding capability.

Almost every facility management company in the region grows the same way: win a contract, hire more labour, repeat. Quality then depends entirely on who happened to be rostered that day, and margins compress with every renewal.

BHOID is being built on the opposite premise. Where a machine can hold a standard better than a person can hold it across a twelve-hour shift, the machine should do that work — and our people should do the work that genuinely needs judgement, skill and accountability.

We are starting deliberately small and honest about it. Robotic floor care is in operation now. Everything beyond it is a staged roadmap, and it is labelled as such on this page.

Why “the Tesla of Facility Management”

Not because of cars — because of the approach. Ship a real product today, run it in the field, and let each generation of technology fold into the service as it becomes genuinely reliable. The ambition is long-term; the work is immediate.

The roadmap

Four stages, honestly labelled

One stage is in operation today. The rest are commitments about direction, not services you can order.

Now

Robotic floor care

In operation

Autonomous scrubbers and vacuums work large floor plates — corridors, lobbies, retail floors, parking decks — while our technicians handle edges, detail work and quality control. The robot covers the repetitive area at a consistent standard; the human covers judgement.

  • Consistent coverage on every pass, logged rather than assumed
  • Technicians redeployed to detail and finishing work
  • Night-shift capable on commercial floor plates
Next

Robotic surface & facade work

In evaluation

Automated painting and facade-cleaning systems remove the single largest safety exposure in this industry: people working at height. We are evaluating platforms for mid-rise application, with pilot deployments planned once we can stand behind the finish quality.

  • Working-at-height exposure cut sharply
  • Faster turnaround on repaint and facade cycles
  • Repeatable coating thickness and coverage
Later

Robotic finishing trades

Roadmap

Tiling and plastering are precision, repetition-heavy trades — exactly where robotics earns its place. As these systems mature commercially, they become part of our fit-out and refurbishment delivery.

  • Millimetre-accurate, repeatable finishes
  • Predictable programme durations on fit-out
  • Reduced rework and material waste
Vision

General-purpose humanoids

Long-term

The endpoint this company is built toward: humanoid units able to carry out multi-trade facility work in buildings designed for people, not for machines. It is not a product today, and we will not pretend otherwise — but every decision we make now is aimed at being ready when it is.

  • Multi-trade capability without re-tooling per task
  • Works in existing buildings, no retrofit required
  • A service fleet that scales without linear headcount
How we adopt technology

Four rules we hold ourselves to

Automate the risk first

The earliest and clearest wins are the jobs that hurt people: work at height, confined spaces, repetitive strain. Those get automated before anything else.

Consistency over spectacle

A robot is only worth deploying if the hundredth clean matches the first. We adopt technology when it holds a standard, not when it demos well.

Measured, not claimed

Automated equipment reports what it actually covered. That turns facility service from a trust exercise into a measurable one for the building owner.

People move up, not out

Machines take the repetitive area work. Our technicians move toward supervision, detail finishing and technical trades — higher-skilled work, not fewer jobs.
